Childflight is now planning our Holiday of a Lifetime to the Florida theme parks in late October/Early November 2025.
This magical trip will provide around 50 Children and immediate family (including siblings up to the age of 17 inclusive) with a Holiday in Florida of around 10 days, including Flights, Accommodation, Meals, Coach Transfers, Theme Park Entry, and Travel insurance.
Nomination criteria are for children who ;
* will be between 5 and 16 years of age at the time of the holiday ( late Oct / early Nov 2025).
* have a potentially life-threatening or life-limiting condition.
* live in the North West of England.
* have not visited Orlando, Florida.
* have not received a previous wish via the “Compassion Partners Program”.
* will be fit to travel and maintain stable for the period of the holiday.
* must be able to reliably maintain good oxygen saturation levels

Note for ONCOLOGY PATIENTS:
For health reasons, we CANNOT consider children on treatment or within six months of completion of treatment.
If the parent/guardian of the child nominated has not been contacted by 15th April 2025, the nomination for Florida 2025 has been unsuccessful and will not be proceeding to the next part of the selection process.
